allweek Terms of Use
Effective: October 17, 2026
Operator: ALLWEEK LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we", "us")
Contact: support@joinallweek.com
These Terms govern your use of the allweek app and website. By creating an account or using allweek, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use allweek.
The short version: allweek is a private space for your congregation and the groups you join. Treat people the way you would in church. There is zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable content. Report anything that crosses the line. allweek moderators review every report within 24 hours.
1. Who can use allweek
Creating an account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Anyone 18 or older can create an allweek account with their real name, a clear current photo of themselves, an email address and a phone number.
- Joining a congregation is optional. An account can belong to one congregation and any number of groups.
- allweek may decline or remove any account or member.
Joining a congregation
- You may request to join a congregation listed in the app.
- Requests are approved by that congregation's staff or by allweek.
- A congregation's QR invite can admit you right away.
Your account
- Use your real name.
- A clear, current photo of yourself is required. You can replace it, but you can't remove it.
- One person, one account.
- Give an accurate email and phone number. If you join a congregation, give the date you started attending it.
- Don't impersonate anyone.
- If you are removed, don't rejoin with a new account.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Congregations
- allweek moderators are ALLWEEK LLC staff.
- A congregation may also have its own admins and moderators ("congregation staff"). They are optional helpers from that congregation, not our employees.
- Congregation staff can approve members, create and revoke QR invite codes, remove content and profile photos, and ban members, within their own congregation only.
- Congregation staff are responsible for how they act, and they must follow these Terms too.
3. Groups
Creating and running a group
- Any member can create a group, for example a Bible study.
- The member who creates a group is its owner. The owner can appoint group moderators, approve join requests, create invites, transfer ownership and archive the group.
- Groups are not run or endorsed by any congregation or by allweek. Group owners and moderators are members, not allweek staff.
- Owners choose who can join: anyone, or only people they approve.
- Owners may choose to show their group in suggestions to members in the same area.
Limits
- A group can have up to 300 members.
- A member can create a limited number of groups per day and own a limited number in total.
- allweek may change these limits.
Rules in groups
- All of these Terms and the community guidelines (section 4) apply in groups.
- Owners must not use a group for anything prohibited, including MLM recruiting, spam, selling, or unsolicited advertising.
- allweek moderators review reports from groups the same way as reports from congregations. They may remove content or members, archive or remove a group, or suspend or ban accounts.
When an owner leaves
- If an owner leaves the group or deletes their account, ownership passes to the longest-serving group moderator.
- If there is no group moderator, the group is archived. An archived group is read-only.
4. Community guidelines: zero tolerance
- Use your real identity. Your real name and a clear, current photo of yourself. One account per person; don't impersonate anyone.
- Treat everyone with respect. No bullying, harassment, threats, or hateful language.
- Keep it clean. No sexual content, comments, or unwanted advances, in posts or in messages.
- Keep it positive. allweek is a place to encourage one another, not to argue. Political and doctrinal debates, put-downs, and negativity don't belong here.
- Protect children. Never post photos of or information about someone else's child without a parent's permission.
- Be honest. No scams, fraud, or misleading requests for money.
- Protect each other's safety. Meet in public places. Never post a home address or share another member's personal information.
- Respect privacy. What members share on allweek stays on allweek.
- Report what's wrong. allweek moderators review every report within 24 hours.
Also prohibited
- illegal activity
- selling drugs, weapons or regulated goods
- graphic violence or disturbing content
- content encouraging self-harm. If you or someone else is in crisis, call or text 988 in the US.
- content you don't have the right to share
- MLM or pyramid-scheme recruiting
- automated accounts, scraping or bulk collection
- spam and unsolicited advertising. Business details belong in the directory.
We may remove any content and suspend or ban any account that breaks these rules, without notice. Content that sexualizes minors or threatens violence will be removed immediately and may be reported to law enforcement.
5. Messages, reporting and moderation
Messages
- A new conversation arrives as a request. The recipient can accept it, ignore it, or block and report the sender.
- You choose who can message you.
- Message requests and blocking work the same way in your congregation and in groups. A block applies to messages everywhere on allweek.
Reporting and blocking
- Use Report on any post, comment, message, member or meetup to flag it.
- Use Block to stop a member from contacting you or seeing your directory listing.
- You can also report problems to support@joinallweek.com.
Moderation
- allweek moderators review reports within 24 hours. They may remove content or photos, restrict messaging, suspend, ban or permanently ban.
- Congregation staff may also act within their congregation.
- Group owners and moderators may also act within their group. They can approve or reject join requests, remove posts, comments and meetups, remove a reported member's profile photo, and ban members from the group.
- Group moderators can't ban the owner or another moderator. Only the owner can make a ban permanent, lift a ban, appoint or remove group moderators, and create invites. Only allweek can lift a permanent ban.
- A ban from a group applies only to that group. Group owners and moderators have no powers outside their group.
- If a member is blocked or reported repeatedly, their ability to start new conversations may be paused until it is reviewed.
6. Your content
- You own what you post.
- You give us a limited license to store, display and deliver your content to the members of the congregation or group where you post it, only as needed to run allweek.
- You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
- That includes photos. Never post photos of someone else's child without a parent's permission.
- We remove location data from photos before upload.
7. Meetups
Meetups are organized by members, not by us. We don't check locations, hosts or attendees. Use your own judgment when meeting people in person.
